Special shipments:
Dangerous goods transportation: Goods falling under the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) of IATA (International Air Transport Association)
UN1845 Cold: UN1845 dry ice is used as a freezing agent for non-dangerous goods, such as diagnostic samples
Consumer goods: Packages containing perfumes and prescription drugs for retail (i.e. only for private individuals, in retail quantities)
ADR-priced transportation
Lithium batteries (shipped with the device) – lithium ion PI 966, II. Section, lithium metal PI969, Section II: e.g. electric scooter, if the battery is not installed
Lithium batteries (in device) – lithium ion PI 967, Section II, lithium metal PI970, Section II: e.g. phone, laptop, tablet.
Biological samples: shipments containing biological substances of category B (UN3373) or genetically modified organisms according to UN3245
How can you use our service?
1. The form below must be completely filled out.
2. After submitting the complete form, our colleagues will process it and provide you with a customized quote.
3. If you are satisfied with our offer, our colleagues will send you the invoice and the payment link where you can pay with a bank card
4. IPL Hungary will prepare the mandatory documents for you, so you only have one thing to do: If you requested home pickup, wait for the courier at the time specified by our colleagues. If you chose to drop off at an IPL Parcel Point, you only need to bring the product.
Important notes!
Products falling under “Special deliveries” can only be delivered by an IPL Hungary courier or by dropping off at an IPL Parcel Point.
In the case of “Special deliveries”, we must also attach a separate document, which IPL Hungary will prepare.
In the case of “Special deliveries”, the packaging must meet IATA requirements, and IPL Hungary will provide the packaging for its customers.
In the case of delivery at all points, a CUSTOMS declaration is required (including for gifts), which is prepared by IPL Hungary with the cooperation of our client.
In the case of documents, it is mandatory to mark the documents separately if they have a unique identifier.
The CUSTOMS declaration of goods and the document declaration are prepared by IPL Hungary for its clients, and the client is responsible for their content (i.e. whether the products/documents actually contained in the packaging are there).
The discreet delivery provided in IPL Hungary’s General Terms and Conditions and in Annex V of IPL Hungary’s General Terms and Conditions cannot be used in the United States of America due to CUSTOMS inspections.
