Do I need to have a contact directly with the Hungarian Post Office?
No. Having a contract with IPL will ensure that you align with the legislation 100%. The only difference is that through IPL you will get a more favourable price.
Do I need to ship everything through them?
No, companies only need to offer the option to the customers. Customers can still decide which courier service they would like to use, so they can choose any options that are offered by IPL.
